Isn’t that the taxpayers money? Agency discretion? It seems like everybody has forgotten that we (the people) are the Government. The people in office are Public Servants. They serve us the public.

EXCLUSIVE: Shocking proposal urges military leaders to attack major foreign power

According to reports out of top Chinese mainstream news outlets, the RAND Corporation recently presented a shocking proposal to the Pentagon in which it lobbied for a war to be started with a major foreign power in an attempt to stimulate the American economy and prevent a recession.

A fierce debate has now ensued in China about who that foreign power may be, with China itself as well as Russia and even Japan suspected to be the targets of aggression.

The reports cite French media news sources as having uncovered the proposal, in which RAND suggested that the $700 billion dollars that has been earmarked to bailout Wall Street and failing banks instead be used to finance a new war which would in turn re-invigorate the flagging stock markets.

The RAND Corporation is a notoriously powerful NGO with deep ties to the U.S. military-industrial complex as well as interlocking connections with the Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie foundations.

Current directors of RAND include Frank Charles Carlucci III, former Defense Secretary and Deputy Director of the CIA, Ronald L. Olson, Council on Foreign Relations luminary and former Secretary of Labor, and Carl Bildt, top Bilderberg member and former Swedish Prime Minister.

Carlucci was chairman of the Carlyle Group from 1989-2005 and oversaw gargantuan profits the defense contractor made in the aftermath of 9/11 following the invasion of Afghanistan. The Carlyle Group has also received investment money from the Bin Laden family.

Reportedly, the RAND proposal brazenly urged that a new war could be launched to benefit the economy, but stressed that the target country would have to be a major influential power, and not a smaller country on the scale of Afghanistan or Iraq.

The reports have prompted a surge of public debate and tension in China about the possibility that a new global conflict is on the horizon.

China’s biggest media outlet, Sohu.com, speculated that the target of the new war would probably be China or Russia, but that it could also be Iran or another middle eastern country. Japan was also mentioned as a potential target for the reason that Japan holds the most U.S. debt.

North Korea was considered as a target but ruled out because the scale of such a war would not be large enough for RAND’s requirements.

The reported RAND proposal dovetails with recent comments made by Joe Biden, Colin Powell, Madeleine Albright and others, concerning the “guarantee” that Barack Obama will face a major “international crisis” soon after taking office.

It also arrives following a warning from Michael Bayer, chairman of a key Pentagon advisory panel, who echoed the statement that the next administration will face an international crisis within months of taking office.

One would hope that good people, or at least sane people who don’t wish to start a global nuclear war, will oppose the RAND proposal, such as top the military generals who threatened to quit if Bush ordered an attack on Iran. Admiral William Fallon, the head of US Central Command, quit in March last year as a result of his opposition to Bush administration policy on Iran.

30 Oct 2008 Ghost Costume
 |  Category: Craftiness, Holiday, Kids, Me, Mumbo Jumbo |  Leave a Comment

This year Sheldyn decided she wanted to be a ghost. Of course I said I would make it. It is now the day before Halloween, and I haven’t even started it. I don’t have a pattern, and I don’t plan on throwing material over her head and cutting out eye holes. So, that means today I need to design and sew up a decent ghost costume. I’m not sure what I’m going to do, or how I will go about doing it. I need to get busy on it, but I have absolutely no creativity going on right now. I’m dry people. I don’t feel like making a damn thing. Wish me luck. Ugh.

30 Oct 2008 Voting For The Lesser Of Two Evils

Is still voting for evil.

Vote 3rd Party! We have to get out of this Democratic/Republican Game. Look closely at all the candidates. Less than a week to go!

I also am so very happy to see that we do not have electronic voting where I live! Honestly, I don’t even believe that our votes are counted correctly, but you still have to get out there and vote regardless. I’m happy that I can write Ron Paul in on my ballet…which I will be doing.

30 Oct 2008 Could You Imagine?

I can’t imagine living in a country that would dictate what I view on the internet, and banning websites they find controversial. I wouldn’t even mind the fact that the Government blocked websites that have things like child porn…because there is nobody in the entire world who would ever need to look at that…and if they did they should be executed because they are sick beyond belief. Yet, even that wouldn’t stop those disgusting people from doing bad things.

I couldn’t imagine not having the right to view things about our Government, and getting to read the other side of the whole picture. Not just the one they paint and want everyone to believe. Or being prosecuted for voicing an opinion opposite of what our Government does. I really can’t fathom that.

If Australia is going to do this, how long until it happens here? I thought this was America?

29 Oct 2008 Down, Down, Down.

Do you ever have one of those days or a few days where you are just down and sad? When you think about your life your eyes fill with tears, and they just kind of fall out of your eyes onto your lap? Am I the only person who is disappointed with how her life is in almost every single aspect?

28 Oct 2008 6 Years
 |  Category: Me, Mumbo Jumbo |  Leave a Comment

It has been 6 years since I announced I was getting a divorce, and ended my relationship to my ex-husband. It feels like “Only 6 years? Feels like forever!”

Yesterday, I was reading my old blog entries from that time. I’m glad I wrote a lot back then, but boy oh’ boy is it cringe worthy! I thought I was pretty mature for my age back then…but I seemed so immature. Hard to believe I was a 27 year old mother of 2.

I feel like I have lived a lifetime since then. It seems like it was a whole other life. Like it was me, but not. Very weird.

I was reading one entry where I wrote about comments people left on how they think I was manic depressive, making the biggest mistake of my life, ruining my kids lives, and going crazy because I lost a little weight. HaHa! I think I did go crazy for a little bit during that time, but it had nothing to do with losing weight.

I then was reading about all the crap I went through with guys, and how I would get so attached to someone in a ridiculously short time because I was so lonely. I cringed many times reading that. Then I meet Jeremy, and I got to read about that. I was actually mad at him yesterday, and then I read those entries, and it made me love him again. LOL!

I’m glad I have those to look back on, but glad they aren’t public, because that would just be embarrassing.
